Pulse are now looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) currently working in the mental health setting to work ad-hoc shifts within our growing client base in Stafford and the surrounding areas. Our pay rates our competitive and we can provide the flexibility most employers can not.
If you have at least twelve months experience working in the mental health setting (six months being recent experience) we will consider your application. Our current clients fall into the following areas and settings;
- Low/Medium secure units
- Drug and Alcohol/Rehab
- Nursing homes/Learning dissabilities
Applicants must be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate the ability to provide high standards of care to meet the needs of the patients.The successful candidate will also be able to provide clinical and senior references from the necessary employers (current and previous). Additionally a successful DBS check will have to be conducted. Additionally before applying for this role you must be aware that all candidates will need to supply The Care Certificate which came into affect from the 1st of April 2015.
