Pulse is working in partnership with a large, bespoke private hospital coming to London. We are recruiting for an Inpatient nurse Manager to work across a 42 bed elective orthopaedic ward.
The successful candidate will have considerable experience at a senior clinical level within orthopaedic nursing.
You will work closely with the Chief Nurse, Director of Acute and Ambulatory Care and Nurse Managers from other specialties to ensure the Nursing Strategy is a living document and the Nursing Agenda is ever present and visible. The successful applicants will play a key role in facilitating the teams’ ideas to drive excellence. You will lead on the implementation of evidence-based practice and research so as to make certain our nursing delivery continues to advance and is always patient centric.
The Nurse Managers will be role models within the hospital alongside the senior nursing team. Responsible for the management of their nursing teams though the Ward Sisters and Charge Nurses, the successful candidates will be key to the delivery of safe and effective care.
