     Aim of the role:

    Under the direction and supervision of the Lead SCP and consultant surgeon, the post holder will be able to perform surgical intervention, preoperative and post-operative care, participate in the smooth running of clinics-follow up and wound clinic and work in clinical  practice as a member of the extended surgical team.

  • Intensive Care Medicine Consultants and Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia Consultants

  • Cardiothoracic activity managers and coordinators
  • General Manager
  • Clinical Director for the Department
  • Rota writers/coordinators
  • Other service users
