The Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust offer an extensive range of services, including cancer, pathology, surgery and gynaecology to over 490,000 people in south west London and north east Surrey. They operate two busy general hospitals, Epsom Hospital and St Helier Hospital, and run services from other locations including Sutton Hospital.

Pulse is seeking dynamic and pro-active Band 5 General Nurses to support the Emergency Medical Assessment Unit at Epsom and the Clinical Assessment Unit at St Heliers. We have long days and nights available and can offer Nurses full time or part time hours.
Patients may be sent to AMU from accident and emergency or can be referred directly by their GP. Patients will be seen by the AMU medical team within two hours and assessed to determine the time that they are likely to stay in hospital. Ambulatory care is part of AMU at both hospitals. Patients referred to ambulatory care require further medical treatment, but do not need to be admitted as an inpatient.
Skills & Experience required:
At least 6 months experience in an acute ward setting.
Enthusiastic and motivated
Valid NMC registration
Be able to provide two clinical references to cover your work history over the last three years
Have excellent communication skills.
