Pulse Nursing loyalty scheme

Pulse Nursing would like to recognise your hard work, dedication and compassionate care. That’s why we’re kicking off 2019 with a brand-new loyalty scheme.

We’re rewarding our nurses, midwives, operating department practitioners (ODPs) and healthcare assistants (HCAs) for the hours they work in 2019.

The concept is simple, earn points for every shift you work and turn them into rewards.

You’ll earn one point for every hour you work and once you’ve built up your points, you’ll be able to claim either cash (with our top reward reaching £1,000), vouchers (such as Amazon, ASOS, John Lewis and IKEA) or support towards your DBS and training certificates – the choice is completely yours!

If you work for Pulse Nursing, there is nothing you need to do. You will have already started to collect points for any shift worked on or after the 8th January 2019. If you are new or looking to register with Pulse Nursing, you will be automatically enrolled to our loyalty scheme once you’re cleared and ready to work.

There is no need to worry about keeping track of your points. We’re taking care of the hard bit and will add up your points every time you work and update you once you’ve reached (or come close to reaching) a reward.
