OT Week is celebrated on the second week of November each year to celebrate the fantastic work occupational therapists do. This years’ theme is 'securing the future of occupational therapy', in order to highlight the role that each individual plays in safeguarding the profession.
Here at Pulse, our OT team are experts in occupational therapy recruitment. Jessica and Russell have both been working for Pulse for over three years and are passionate about safeguarding the future of occupational therapy by placing only the best OTs in the many roles we have on offer nationwide.
Jessica has been with Pulse for four and a half years, and has worked across a variety of divisions building a wealth of experience in healthcare recruitment, specialising in occupational therapy. She is described as down to earth, hard-working and patient by the OTs she has secured work opportunities for.
Jessica proactively finds suitable roles for her occupational therapists, using her many years of experience to match them to the right role, ensuring the best fit for both candidate and client. She also specalises in finding those from around the globe their first occupational therapy jobs in the UK. One of Jessica’s greatest achievements is registering a new occupational therapist and securing their perfect job within three hours.
