Introducing the new and improved ipoint
Pulse is thrilled to launch the new and improved ipoint – the self-booking system which makes working with Pulse easier than ever.
Following your feedback we have made several improvements to make ipoint quicker and more convenient for you to; self book shifts at a touch of a button, update your availability, access your timesheets and payslips, and manage your own time. We have also added some exciting new features:
- User dashboard - View all your key information in one place including; your next shift, compliance updates, timesheets, availability and your previous payments.
- Easy access – Access ipoint on your mobile phone or desktop computer – you can book shifts wherever you are and process timesheets at the touch of a button. Remember, ipoint users have the first choice of shifts.
- Online support – You can access a range of helpful user guides through the ipoint ‘knowledge base’, alternatively contact the dedicated ipoint support team.

The new and improved ipoint will be live and ready to use from Thursday 4 February 2016.
If you already have an ipoint account, your details have already been transferred to the new system, meaning you can login and get started straight away.
