Pulse has been awarded the Sunday Times 100 'Best Companies' to Work For 2014.
Unlike most workplace awards, this well respected accolade relies solely on the input of employees in an anonymous survey. The thoughts and opinions of our people determined both our placement within the Sunday Times Top 100 and our ranking.
Our performance was assessed in leadership, corporate social responsibility, internal communication, employee welfare and professional development. With over 1000 people across 24 UK offices, it’s encouraging to know the consensus within the business is that they benefit from personal growth, leadership and working in a fun team environment.
An impressive 93% of employees said that they can make a valuable contribution to the success of the company. Other areas receiving high scores were around relationships with managers, with respondents saying, “I feel that my manager talks openly and honestly with me.”
Our high number of long serving employees reinforces our win, 25% of our people have been with us for over five years, and 10% over 10 years.
