Pulse International is looking for Nursing Directors in all specialties for an internationally-accredited, private general hospital in Riyadh.
The hospital is located in the centre of Riyadh and is part of one of the largest healthcare provider groups in the Gulf region. The group’s medical facilities include seven hospitals and six medical centres and it is currently developing one of the largest private medical cities in Saudi Arabia.
You will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of all Clinical Programs within Nursing , as well as providing direct leadership to other assigned programs and initiatives. You will be a member of the Executive Team and therefore lead the Executive Team with respect to operational planning and implementation. You will utilize performance improvement frameworks in planning, designing, monitoring and evaluating patient care and administrative activities across Nursing Affairs. You will assist and respresent the Executive Director of Nursing Affairs at internal and external functions as required
The successful candidate for this post will be Western trained Registered Nurse, with a Master's Degree in Nursing or an MBA. If the Master's Degree is not in Nursing then you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing instead. You will also need a minimum of 10 years experience in Nursing with progressive administrative roles and currently be in a comparable post
