About the hospital
Pulse International is working with King Abdulaziz Hospital in Al Ahsa, part of Ministry of National Guard – Health Affairs, was founded in 2002. It provides National Guard personnel and their eligible dependents with the highest quality of primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare services. In addition, it also provides medical services to eligible Saudi citizens suffering from diseases requiring tertiary care. The hospital consists of 3 levels of a total area of over 30,000 square/meter which has 200+ bed capacity. There are four Operating Rooms and two-Day Surgery Operation Rooms, Main Pharmacy, Laboratory and the VIP ward. In addition to that, the hospital consists of Housing buildings for its employees which cover over 20,000 square/meter area that has facilities such sports and recreation centres.
The Nursing Care Delivery System is Team Nursing and each patient is assigned
to a staff nurse who is responsible for primary care with staff/patient ratio of
1:6 in Male Med and 1:2
To improve the standards of care to the patients
To provide and maintain a safe environment based on JCIA
To ensure optimal use of beds and optimum utilization of staff productivity
To promote and maintain individual staff and patient well-being and safety
Requirements for the role
Are you a Registered nurse from Europe/USA/Canada/New Zealand/Australia?
Do you hold a degree in nursing from Europe/USA/Canada/New Zealand/Australia?
You must hold a minimum of 3 years Post-Registration nursing experience
