Summary

The client is one of the major hospitals chains in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the only healthcare provider which provides free health care exclusively for non-civilians in the country. They are opening a brand new, state of the art specialist Cardiac facility and are looking for seasoned professionals who will help cement and facilitate the establishment of a robust infrastructure of the new facility.

Job Summary

The post holder will provide a comprehensive Quality and Risk Management service to the hospital.  Moreover, will be responsible for co-coordinating and assisting in the facilitation of continuous quality improvement, risk management, quality education and accreditation (JCI) in both clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility.

 

Requirements

  • Western Passport (UK/USA/Canada/New Zealand/Australia & Europe)
  • 5 years’ western experience in Quality Management in hospital

  • 10 years’ experience in healthcare, a number of which within Quality & Risk

  • Master’s Degree in Quality Management (or related area)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management (or related area)

  • Diploma in Healthcare Management (or related area)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

  • Leadership, Problem Solving, Interpersonal, Teaching, Communication, Data Management & Analytical skills

  • Ability to understand and communicate clinical concepts and terms

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Enhanced CRB checks will be carried out

 

Preferred

    • Quality / Risk management experience in Cardiac Department/ Facility

    • Nursing experience in Cardiac Department/ Facility
