Pulse is excited to be recruiting for the position of a Theatre Practitioner – Scrub. The practitioner will join the professional and friendly theatres team at an award-winning private hospital located in Bath. Putting patients first the hospital specialises in a wide range of treatments from health screening assessments to complex surgery.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Theatre Practitioner –Scrub
- To provide and maintain the highest possible standard of clinical care for patients
- To ensure all documentation is completed accurately, which includes giving and receiving patient centred handovers
- Ensure timely reporting of faulty or broken equipment using the department reporting system
- Ensure 100% compliance with all stages of the WHO check
- Work in line with the hospital policies, procedures and SOP’s including safe management and storage of medicines
- Complete monthly checks and sign them off to confirm trollies and rooms are cleaned and stocked ready for the next session
Requirements of a Theatre Practitioner – Scrub
- You will be NMC or HCPC registered
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role
