Description

Pulse Nursing have fantastic opportunities for Theatre HCAs in Great Yarmouth.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the healthcare team during surgical procedures and ensuring the well-being of patients before, during, and after surgery.

Pulse Nursing are offering weekend shifts with a fixed day rate of £240.

Travel paid at £0.50 per mile, accommodation paid up to £60 per night.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of the operating room before surgeries.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Help patients with pre-operative preparations and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a sterile environment.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience.
  • To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, and Occupational Health and Updated CV
  • Right to work within the UK – proof will be required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols.
