Pulse is working with one of the UK’s largest private hospitals based in London. Our client is looking for an inspiring and compassionate Theatre Clinical Governance Lead to join their state-of-the-art 12 theatre department.  This is a permanent, full time role at a band 7  level in a main theatres – this is a Monday – Friday opportunity.

The successful candidate will be surrounded by colleagues who have a wealth of knowledge and working amongst the latest technology within the Theatre suite which covers a variety of specialties including;

• General Surgery
• ENT
• Gynaecology
• Orthopaedics
• Plastics/reconstructive
• Urology

Requirements:

• NMC or HCPC registration
• Experienced in either; scrub, recovery or anaesthetics
• Sound experience of clinical governance
• Experience of risk management, as well as undertaking risk assessments, root cause analysis and contributing to the local risk register
• Previous exposure Investigating incidents and complaints
