Staff Nurse – Pre-Admission

Location: Hitchin

Salary: £27,500 up to £33,000 Pro Rata – Dependent on Experience

*Bonus Incentives*

Role: Part time – 19 Hours per week.

Please see below details of what the role will enquire:

  • Undertake pre-operative assessment of patients awaiting elective surgery across all specialities
  • The key focus is to ensure that patients are prepared physically and psychologically for a planned operative procedure, ensuring appropriate information provision, and identifying potential discharge concerns. 
  • The applicant is expected to be a role model for junior staff and student nurses.
