Staff Nurse – Orthopaedic outpatient’s

Location: Central London, W1G  

Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 depending on experience.

Role: This role is a 37.5hrs per week Monday – Friday and requires flexibility to meet clinic needs

 

Pulse has a fantastic Opportunity for a Qualified Nurse with Post graduate experience relevant to Orthopaedics and/ Outpatients to work at The Orthopaedic Centre where you will not only assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care, but have the unique opportunity to follow patients through their entire journey. This is a great role for any nurse looking to progress within their nursing career.

 

This will be the daily responsibilities

 

  • To always demonstrate good clinical practice and to be accountable for own actions
  • Assess, plan, and deliver care to meet patient and family needs
  • Undertake extended roles such as phlebotomy
  • Contribute to research-based care and other practice development initiatives
  • Contribute to the setting of clinical standards, policy, and procedure
  • Promote good communication channels amongst staff enhancing good teamwork
  • To maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
  • Respect and ensure patients privacy and confidentiality

What requirements are needed to be successful in the job role?

  • NMC Registration for Adult Nursing.
  • Previous post registration experience
  • Customer care skills and Ability to prioritise workload
  • Phlebotomy training desirable
  • Post graduate experience relevant to Orthopaedics and/ Outpatients is desirable
