Description

Working within London’s leading independent hospitals there is an opportunity for an experienced Critical Care nurse to join their intensive care unit (ICU) and well renowned team at Staff Nurse level.

Successful applicants will get the opportunity to deal with critical patients from all specialities such as general ITU and liver ITU. The 13 bed ICU is all newly refurbished with the latest equipment along with wide spaces around the beds and windows allowing a great environment to aid recovery for patients.

You will have the opportunity to undertake extended roles in IV cannulation and phlebotomy.

This position will involve supervising and mentoring junior staff across a 13 bed unit.

A minimum of 1 years experience in a critical care setting is required, a critical care qualification and ILS is desirable but not essential.

This is a full time, permanent role and the hours are typically; 0800-2030 or 2000-0830.

The successful applicant will get the opportunity to work alongside a motivational and forward thinking ICU Manager and an outreach team.

This opportunity offers a market leading salary from £34,024 – £44,205 per annum plus benefits.
