The nurse will join the professional and friendly inpatients unit at an award-winning private hospital located in Bath. Putting patients first the hospital specialises in a wide range of treatments from health screening assessments to complex surgery.

Night shifts
£28,000 – £34,812* Per annum

Duties and Responsibilities of a senior registered general nurse
- Demonstrate effective leadership and staff development
- To be clinically competent and contribute to direct patient care on a regular basis
- Support inpatients Lead/deputies in the development of clinical policies, protocols, and processes in the clinical area
- Responsible for ensuring that appropriate assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of care are provided.
- Develop an effective and robust communication system with the department and other departments
Requirements of a senior registered general nurse
- You will be an NMC registered nurse
- Substantial ward co-ordinator experience
- First level registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post registration
- Clear understanding of clinical governance
- Mentorship and assessing qualification or working towards
