Description

We are looking for Senior Registered Mental Health Staff Nurses in London. Pulse Nursing have been given an amazing opportunity for RMNs to become permanent members of a private mental health hospital.

The hospital specializes in a range of mental health challenges which includes acute services for both males and females, along with Medium Secure and Low Secure units for males.

About the Role

 

The full multidisciplinary team works with those who have a diagnosis of mental illness and associated challenging behaviours. As the senior staff nurse on the unit you will take lead on the clinic management whilst assisting the Ward Manager and MDT.

Your aim is to support all of patients through our developed care pathway using the recovery approach. The patients are at the centre of what you do and they co-produce their own treatment plans with you.

A competitive salary paying up to £43,000 dependent on skill and entry level!

Shift Pattern

You will work a shift pattern of 4 days one week, 3 days the next week, which will include days, nights, weekends and holiday periods.

Requirements for this role

    • Have experience working in a mental health setting
    • Current NMC or HCPC Registration
    • Been a nurse for at least 2 years.
    • Ability to provide a clinical reference
    • Provide proof of a right to work document
    • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
