We are looking for applicants within commutable distance of our private client based in Stevenage.

As a dynamin, highly motivates Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a hight quality in-house Occupational Health service to all employees across the UK with a clinical background to drive the best. You will be a brilliant communicator working collaboratively with your Occupational Health team to meet agreed objectives and targets.
£50,000 – £55,000 per annum – Depending on experience
37.5 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver a high quality, evidence based, customer focused OH service across OH function , meeting business needs in all aspects of the Occupational Health service provision.
- Ability to apply specialist knowledge in key areas such as case management, Health Surveillance, Health capability assessments, Business travel health.
- Leading and providing an effective case management service for managers and employees. Ownership and management of a clinical case load, no more than 3-4 cases a day, providing clear options regarding outcomes, concise medical reports and summarising recommendations in accordance with evidence based best practice.
- Be part of a highly effective team taking park in audits, peer to peer and clinical supervision and sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to continue service development and growth.
Requirements
- You will be an NMC registered nurse
- Post graduate Occupational Health qualification
- Relevant expertise required to deliver a safe and effective Occupational Health Service
