Senior Matron / Chief Nurse / Clinical Lead- Hampshire
Pulsing has an exciting opportunity within a Leading Health Care organisation, looking for a senior Matron / Chief Nurse/ Clinical Lead to work on a permanent basis. The post holder will be located in Hampshire and this is an excellent opportunity for a professional with prior experience within urgent care/ Emergency Care / UCC experience and have held a management position.

About you
The position holder will enable optimal nursing workforce deployment to guarantee high-quality patient care is delivered and monitored, acting as a clinical leadership role model who inspires, encourages, and empowers nurses within the service to deliver their best.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- To establish responsibility on quality performance measures, collaborate with senior nursing/AHP Consultant Practitioners and the chosen lead clinician.
- As needed, serve as deputy to the Care Group Director and Divisional Director of Nursing/Professions
- To offer clinical, professional, and administrative leadership within the Care group.
- To serve as the nursing/ health professional lead, providing a strong clinical presence and developing nurses and allied health professional practice within the care group, ensuring that patients get a safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing service.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven knowledge in urgent care/ Emergency Care / UCC
- Must have previous experience within a management role
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse and present clinical data
