We are currently working with a neuro rehabilitation service, which provides care and treatment for patients with acquired brain injuries including strokes and neuro-progressive conditions. We are looking for registered general nurses to join a transdisciplinary team that includes a range of professionals. Providing care to move patients through their journey towards greater independence in life.

 

50 bedded neuro rehabilitation service.

Up to £34,9000 – Depending on experience PLUS £5,000 Welcome bonus*

37.5 hours per week 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing medication as per hospitals policies
  • Compiling a positive risk assessment plan, a holistic plan of care in partnership with the individual and contribute to the pre- admission assessment of referred patients.
  • Committing to the promotion of basic living skills within a rehabilitation setting
  • Monitoring and reviewing individualised patient plans, within an evidence based framework.

 

Requirements  

  • You will be an NMC registered nurse  
  • Experience working in an environment with patients presenting as challenging in management
