Description

Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking to work in South London through an agency? Pulse Nursing are currently recruiting RMNs for long term placements in the South London area.

The Trust you will be working for provides the widest range of NHS Mental Health services in the UK, including substance misuse for people addicted to drugs and alcohol. There will be inpatient treatment and care at four hospital sites, and outpatient treatment and care from several other hospital sites.

The role of an agency Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) will include implementing care that meets the mental, physical, spiritual, psychological and social needs of the service user, and that is sensitive to age, culture, race, gender, ethnicity, social class, sexuality and disability.

The working pattern will mostly be Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week but you will need to be flexible to meet service needs.

Job Requirements

  • NMC current registration
  • Six months minimum experience
  • You will be required to assess and talk to patients about their problems, develop plans on delivering their care
  • PMVA Trained
  • Observing and monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining records and communicating with nursing staff.
  • Must be able to provide 2 clinical references to cover the past 3 years of employment.
