Registered Manager
Monday – Friday – regular working hours
Salary up to £50,000 DOE
Location: London
Pulse is working with an innovative and pioneering Mental health and addiction outpatient service in Central London to recruit a Registered Manager. This will be an integral role in the success of the service.
The service aims to support clients with alcohol use disorder and addictions via psychotherapy treatment post detox. This organisation also provides support for depression and anxiety.
This organisation is a biotechnology company with clinical operations researching, developing, and delivering psychedelic medicine to treat Addiction. It is integrating psychedelic medicine into mainstream healthcare through Research, Digital, Clinics, and Ecosystems.
This service will work in a unique way utilising a combination of psychedelic medicine, psychotherapy, delivered by qualified therapists, in a carefully designed environment, which will lead to improved treatment outcomes.
Job role
- Hold operational responsibility for the successful, smooth running of the clinic
- Knowledge of CQC regulations, Health and Social Care Act and Registered Managers responsibilities
- Ability to ensure excellent level of governance and safeguarding
- Budget management experience
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience working as a Registered Manager
- Experience of CQC registration and inspection
- Desirable: Registered Mental Health Nurse – with current NMC
