Are you a Registered Nurse based in London looking for a new role in healthcare? Look no further as Pulse Nursing has you covered. We are looking for professional, charismatic nurses to join our agency.

Working as a Registered Nurse with Pulse means that you will be able to provide top quality care alongside other healthcare professionals in clinical settings. You will also be able to further develop your career in the healthcare sector by joining us.

Pulse Nursing have recently secured a Tier 0 status with five well established trusts in North Central London. Having a Tier 0 status means that we receive advanced notice of shifts before other agencies, with exclusivity of these shifts.

We are offering a variety of shift patterns, including the option of full time equivalent hours, in the Shoreditch area (closest station is Old Street) paying between £19.00 – £29.59 per hour.

 

Registered Nurse Responsibilities Includes:

  • Writing and updating care plans for patients
  • Observe and record the condition of patients
  • Providing pre- and post-operation care
  • Carrying out routine investigations and care procedures, such as administering medication, injections, and intravenous infusions, and taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures
  • Coordinate and manage care for their patients, while working closely with other health and social care professionals plus members of the care team
  • Supervising junior staff
  • Advocate on behalf of patients
  • Set up drips and blood transfusions
  • Providing advice and promoting good health
  • Make ethical decisions related to consent and confidentiality.
  • Providing information, emotional support and reassurance to patients and relatives.

 

Registered Nurse Role Requirements:

  • NMC Registration 6 months
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting
  • To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References and Updated CV
  • Right to work within the UK – Proof will be required.
