Looking to enhance your skills and gain new knowledge?  This could be the role for you.

Working with a specialist and complex care home in Nottinghamshire we are looking for registered general nurses who want to be part of continuous staff development to support all service users with their individual needs.

All training provided – Just an NMC pin needed.

 

Starting at £35,000 DOE

12 hour shifts available for both days and nights.

 

Main Responsibilities as a registered general nurse

  • You will be required to deal with individuals with complex needs. Providing support & clinical treatment.
  • An ability to work in a complex and stressful environment demonstrating effective and appropriate coping strategies
  • Planning, monitoring and delivering patient care to a high level
  • To ensure continuity of patient care by communicating and liaising with medical, nursing and other colleagues, providing accurate and timely reports of any changes in the condition of the patient
  • Be part of the ongoing training programme to allow you to develop your skills set for the required complex needs of an individual

Requirements needed for this role of a registered general nurse

  • Registered adult nurse on the NMC register
  • Be enthusiastic, proactive, willing to learn and support others.
  • Have the ability to deal with emotionally charged and pressured situations.
