Staff Nurse – Paediatric Neuro rehab and complex care.

Location: Central London, UK

Salary: Starting salary is from £35,970 – £44,363 per annum

**Bonus Incentives**

Role: 37.5 hours per week including long days, nights and weekend shifts. Fulltime line of work.

Pulse is delighted to be working alongside one of the London’s private hospitals that specialises within women and children such as maternity and gynaecology.

To meet the requirements of working in the neurorehabilitation and complex care inpatient ward.  You will be responsible and accountable for the assessment for the required care needs and the development, implantation and evaluation of holistic care for children on our general medical ward.

You will be working to promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research, evidence-based practise a d developmental of additional clinical skills in the speciality.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where excellence in patient care is the paramount goal.

 

The hospital has been consistently growing over the past few years. Our Paediatric wards hold 53 inpatient beds, including 11-day case beds and are equipped with the latest technology to provide advanced medical and surgical care. The 14 bed Paediatric Intensive Care Unit reflects the acuity and complex nature of the children who are admitted to our hospital.

This role is based in our Paediatric Neuro rehab and Complex care ward (13 beds)

What requirements are needed to be successful in the job role?

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing and to hold a valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
    (NMC).
    · Excellent verbal and written communication
    · A self-starter, capable of working within a team with minimal supervision
    · Clerical and administrative experience using computers
    · Working Knowledge of a simple database application, word, excel, email and Internet
    · Good problem-solving skills
    · Excellent organizational skills
