Outpatients Charge Nurse / Sister

Location: Southend-on-Sea, UK

Salary: Band 6/7 equivalent depending on experience

Role: Permanent, Full-Time

Pulse Nursing are looking to recruit an Outpatients Charge Nurse / Sister to support a fantastic outpatient service in Southend-on-Sea with one of their leading hospitals.

As a senior staff nurse you will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to support all staff in best clinical practice at all times. Charge Nurse’s will work alongside a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of meeting all patient needs. Additionally, ensure the smooth running of the outpatient service and monitor competencies and practices across the team.

We are looking for you to be:

  • NMC Registered
  • Minimum 2 years outpatient experience
  • Prior experience as a senior nurse staff
