Outpatient Charge Nurse / Sister

Location: Southend-On-Sea, Essex

Salary: £33,706 – £43,806 (annual) depending on experience

Role: Full-time

 

Pulse Nursing is currently recruiting for an Outpatient Charge Nurse / Sister to join one the largest private healthcare companies in Southend-On-Sea!

You will be supporting a multi-disciplinary team in ensuring the outpatient department runs smoothly and effectively at all times. You will ensure you are promoting best practice and contribute toward quality improvement including auditing the department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure and monitor the standard of outpatient capabilities that may involve treatments and competencies across the team
  • Support and lead the team to work effectively
  • Develop strategies and policies for service improvement
  • Develop practice in addressing individual’s health and wellbeing needs

We are looking for you to be:

  • NMC Registration
  • Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience
