Are you an empathetic Mental Health Practitioner looking for an exciting new role?

Pulse are urgently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner for a well established IAPT service in the North West of the country. 

The Client is looking for a Mental Health practitioner with either a nursing or social work background to provide mental health assessments/triages, and also be involved with the duty system. 

Due to the current climate the client is accommodating home working, with the prospect of going in to the service at a later stage. This role is to start as soon as possible offering part-time hours for a 3-6 month contract.

Skills and experience needed: 
• Candidates need to be a qualified RMN or social worker
• Experience of assessments and a broad knowledge of Mental Health is needed
• Good risk management skills
• Potentially knowledge of medication
• Able to complete urgent assessments
• Can work well independently and as part of the team
