Description

Our client is currently seeking a motivational Lead Practitioner to join their rehabilitation team based in Sussex. The role is available for the successful Lead Practitioner to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours per week in a permanent role.

The successful candidate will be managing the other Physiotherapists as well as a small caseload. The role is digital based on site and possibly one day from home. You will work on assigned projects with other people to work towards strategic plans.   

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Completed the relevant degree/qualification in physiotherapy
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to establish a rapport with patients
  • Good time management
  • Genuine concern for the health and wellbeing of service users
  • Will consider someone without managerial experience but needs to have some level of leadership/seniority
  • Be able to work as part of a MDT
