Description

Are you looking for flexibility to work shifts that fit around your lifestyle then joining this team will be the perfect role. Located in the heart of Kent, the Intensive Home Treatment Team are looking for caring, passionate and reliable Mental Health Nurse’s to join them. You will be required to travel across Kent and Medway to see young people in their own homes, schools, community and locality clinics.

About the Role:

You will review and case manage young people presenting either in crisis needing stabilisation or young people requiring intensive home treatment, working within an MDT and in collaboration with locality teams and other multi agency professionals.

Full time is preferred, but for the right candidate reduced hours can be agreed.

You choose your hours, 9am – 5pm or 8am – 9pm.             

Long term work is guaranteed.                                             

Rates:

Between £27.00 – £36.00

Requirements for an Intensive Home Treatment Nurses:

  • Clinical references covering the last three years employment
  • CAMHS experienced
