Infection Prevention Control Lead
Location: Gatwick & Hove
Salary: Top of Band 7 equivalent + 5k car allowance!
Role: Part time – 22.5 (3 days p/w)
Pulse Nursing is currently recruiting for an Infection Prevention Control Lead to join one of the private leading hospitals!
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the Hospitals are compliant and adhere to all the regulatory requirements for Infection prevention and control (IPC). They focus on everything from screening, rehabilitation and cutting-edge surgical procedures across a variety of specialist treatments which are all delivered through our expert and caring clinical teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
- You will ensure IPC is addressed in all areas of the hospitals within your Hub and is reflected throughout all aspects of the patient pathway including hospital cleanliness
- To ensure compliance with infection prevention for any new service or environmental refurbishment
- To be visible and accessible to all healthcare colleagues across all disciplines as a specialist resource
- Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the organisation’s stewardship programme
We are looking for you to be:
- An NMC Registered or HCPC Registered
- Must have post registration qualification in IPC or can provide evidence that working towards post registration qualification
- Ability to travel across sites – driving licence would be advantage
