Description

Pulse Nursing are seeking experienced, charismatic, professional healthcare assistants to join our agency. We are currently looking for HCAs to work in the South west London/Surrey area.

Here at Pulse, we provide top quality nurses and healthcare assistants to hospitals all across England. Working as a healthcare assistant is an extremely rewarding role whereby you tend to the needs of the patients and support them through their time in the care setting. In turn you will be improving the quality of care for patients and support for their families.

We are offering a variety of shifts with pay rates between £11.68 – £18.99 per hour.

 

Healthcare Assistant Responsibilities Includes:

  • Wash and dress patients.
  • Serve meals and help to feed patients.
  • Help patients to move around.
  • Make beds.
  • Make patients feel comfortable.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight.
  • Sterilise equipment
  • Do health checks
  • Restock consulting rooms
  • Take blood samples
  • Do health promotion or health education work

Healthcare Assistant Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting
  • To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References and Updated CV
  • Right to work within the UK – Proof will be required.
