Pulse Nursing are offering shifts within Ilford, working on behalf of our NHS partner, who require General Registered Nurses (RGN’S)to provide a caring and professional body of care to a diverse range of patients.   

 
You will focus on the individual care plan for each patient on your ward, supporting their care until discharge. Your duties will be varied dependent on the patients in your care. This role plays a huge role in patients wellbeing and recovery. Pulse Nursing are offering a number of shift pattens and flexible shifts across day and night hours in friendly and welcoming teams.   

 
Pulse Nursing are offering flexible shifts with rates between £20.00- £33.19.  

 

Registered General Nurse responsibilities includes: 

  • Assessing patients, gaining their trust, providing emotional support to patients and relatives  
  • Advising patients and relatives on health-related issues including their delivery of care  
  • Monitoring patients’ progress, Taking samples, pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures   
  • Administrate medication to patient’s, write and update medical records   
  • In conjunction with the Ward Manager monitor, supervise performance of Health Care Assistants/Support Workers and identifying specific training needs.  
  • If suitably qualified, you will act as mentors to students  

 

Registered General Nurse Role Requirements: 

  • NMC Registration 6 months   
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in as a Registered General Nurse – able to provide 2 references for verification 
  • To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, and Occupational Health and Updated CV  
  • Right to work within the UK – proof will be required
