Pulse are Delighted to be working with a nationwide client who are looking for an endoscopy team lead to join a dedicated team based in Southend on sea.
What’s my responsibility’s?
- To manage the endoscopy service and lead the team in the provision of care for patients in a safe and caring environment
- Maintaining the patient’s privacy and dignity.
- To provide leadership, advice and support to other staff in the department and support the Theatre Manager in the overall management of the healthcare environment
What requirements do I need?
- Be NMC registered – your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
- Minimum of 1 year’s lead endoscopy experience
- Have BLS and ideally ALS
- Have knowledge of Joint Advisory Group (JAG) and CQC standards as required for endoscopy services
- Excellent communication skills
