Pulse Nursing have been given an exciting job opportunity in London. We are looking for a Deputy Ward Manager that is positive, supportive and strives for excellence to take on this job. 

You will be providing clinical management and leadership of a full nursing team on the ward, this includes being a high visible role model and mentor to the nursing team, whilst reporting to the Ward Manager.

The hospital specializes in a range of mental health challenges which includes acute services for both males and females, along with Medium Secure and Low Secure units for males.

A competitive salary paying up to £44,000 on skill and entry level! Discretionary welcome bonus up to £5,000 (May be applicable).

Shift Pattern

You will work a shift pattern of 4 days one week, 3 days the next week, which will include days, nights, weekends and holiday periods.

 

Requirements for this role

    • Have at least 2 years experience within a relevant clinical setting
    • Ability to provide a clinical reference 
    • Current NMC Registration
    • Able to provide an enhanced DBS
    • Has experience in management and leadership of teams.
