This role is a full-time position in NHS London. The Trust seeks an enthusiastic Consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to work within Crisis/Liaison Team, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
Your core responsibilities would consist of individual and family assessment, and this includes;
- Admission to a CAMHS in-patient unit,
- Safety planning around an episode of mental ill-health
- Collaborative work alongside the Community CAMHS Care Coordinator or working with partner organisations to facilitate appropriate multi-agency support and intervention for the young person

Skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Computer literate
- experience of Crisis/Liaison is desirable but not essential
Requirements
- You must have a full GMC license to practice
- Relevant previous experience working in this type of position
- Section 12 approval is essential
- Approved clinician status is desired but not essential
