Description

Are you a compassionate Occupational Therapist looking for a new opportunity to expand your skills?

Pulse are currently seeking a band 5 or 6 Occupational Therapist to join our well-established NHS client’s community team based in Southampton. The role is available to start as soon as possible, offering full-time and par-time hours per week for an on-going period.

The Occupational Therapist’s duties are, but not limited to:

  • To provide specialist therapy skills to the therapy team within the intermediate care service across a seven day rota
  • To assess and treat own caseload, which may include complex presentations and to maintain own records as an autonomous practitioner
  • To assist senior staff in the education and supervision of junior colleagues, assistants and students

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

  • A relevant degree qualification in occupational therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Full driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
