Pulse Nursing are offering a variety of day shifts for experienced Community Nurses in South Warwickshire. Our Community Nurses provide care to clients with complex needs within their home environment throughout the community.
The Community Nurse enables people across Warwickshire to pursue happy, healthy lives, this rewarding role puts the patients and community at the heart of everything they do.
Day shifts available from 8:30 am – 5pm Monday-Friday with hourly pay rates of £25.00 – £38.00
Community Nurse responsibilities includes:
- Providing basic care such as checking temperature, blood pressure and breathing
- Changing Female catheters as required
- Handling diabetic care such as providing insulin
- Medicine management
- Compliant with documentation
- Wound management & symptom control
- Visiting a variety of clients, caring for their needs in timely manner.
Community Nurse Role Requirements:
- Be a registered nurse with a current NMC pin
- 6 Months NHS experience
- Driving license – use of own car
- To meet our Framework Compliance requirement (we will guide you through this)
