Description

Pulse Nursing are delighted to offer shifts for Community Nurses in Buckinghamshire. In this region, Community Nurses provide care to over a half of a million patient’s every year in a variety of settings and support patients to prolong their lives in a dignified and safe way.

If you are a Community Nurse who puts patients at the heart of everything you do, can provide compassionate care and are looking for shifts, then we would love to hear from you.

Day shifts available from 8:30 am – 5pm Monday – Friday with hourly pay rates of £16.80 – £27.00

Community Nurse responsibilities includes:

  • Providing basic care such as checking temperature, blood pressure and breathing
  • Changing Female catheters as required
  • Handling diabetic care such as providing insulin
  • Medicine management
  • Compliant with documentation
  • Wound management & Symptom control
  • Visiting a variety of clients, caring for their needs in timely manner.

Community Nurse Role Requirements:

  • Be a registered nurse with a current NMC pin
  • 6 Months NHS experience
  • Driving license – use of own car
  • To meet our Framework Compliance requirement (we will guide you through this)
