Description

Pulse are currently seeking a Clinical/Forensic Psychologist, who is keen to work within the NHS to join our clients Mental Health trust in Birmingham. The post offers full time hours for an initial 3 month period.

The appointed psychologist will work as part of inpatient clinical teams or within the community within secure care teams or as part of psychology led externally commissioned services. Duties will be undertaking psychological assessments, formulations and interventions as well as offering supervision to both psychological and non psychological staff. They will work as part of a larger psychology team and multi disciplinary team

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Hold a relevant qualification at doctorate level
  • Be HCPC Registered
  • Have experience working within a similar setting
  • Have strong communication and listening skills
