Salary: £38,250 to £45,750 per annum

Are you a Senior Nurse, Sister or Unit / Ward Manager now looking for the next step up? We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) or senior Midwife with varied a varied surgical background to work within a pro choice charitable clinic in Liverpool. You will have the rewarding opportunity to work alongside a charitable organisation that offers women’s health services as a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM).

This organisation is the UK’s largest independent women’s reproductive healthcare charity. They work mainly on behalf of the NHS across the country providing abortion, contraception, STI testing & Treatment and soon, they are launching a new Fertility, evidence-based, not-for-profit care service.

Job Role

• Supporting the Treatment Room Manager to manage clinical areas across the outpatient service including; theatres and the ward
• The Clinical Nurse Manager will ensuring the correct skills mix on shift at all times
• Encouraging efficient working across the site
• Take part in and manage audits in addition to assisting the Treatment Unit Manager with CQC requirements
• Oversee that all staff are working to the highest standards at all times to ensure a smooth and safe patient journey

Requirements

• Current NMC registration
• Varied surgical or Midwifery experience – any gynaecology or women’s health experience is desirable
• Knowledge of clinical governance
• Non judgmental approach to women’s choice
