Description

Pulse are currently seeking a determined band 8d Clinical Lead to be welcomed into our client’s Community Mental Health team, within a fantastic NHS trust based in Luton, Bedfordshire. This position will be available for the appointed Clinical Psychologist to start as soon as possible, working full-time hours for an on-going period.

The clinical lead will be expected to with the support of the Director of Therapies the Professional Lead for Psychological Therapies will provide professional leadership and strategic direction to support and promote the effective deployment of the Psychological Therapies workforce in delivering high quality, trauma informed services across Bedfordshire and Luton. As an active member of the Directorate Management team the post holder will provide visible, accessible, professional, and clinical leadership within the directorate and at corporate levels supporting local, Trust and BLMK ICS aims. Alongside the leadership team they will develop therapeutic clinical services within mental health transformation programmes in Bedfordshire and Luton.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • Be HCPC registered
  • Have a proven track record in adult mental health
  • Be analytical and show good attention to detail
