Clinic Nurse
Central London
Up to £37,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Registered nurse with a minimum of 1 year’s post qualification experience now wanting to develop their career within Clinic Nursing.
Working within a Central London Ophthalmic specialist private clinic, this is a unique opportunity to be offered full training within the field as no previous ophthalmic experience is required.
The clinic hours are Monday – Friday, regular hours alongside a team of passionate nurses and a leading professor in the field of ophthalmics.
Using the latest high-tech equipment, this clinic offers clients laser eye surgery. Furthermore, the clinic enjoys a worldwide reputation for excellence in clinical care and research. You will be working with an experienced and expert team of surgeons, optometrists and other nursing professionals. Ground-up training is provided in our standard operating procedures, unique techniques and eye care; previous ophthalmic nursing experience, particularly in cataract surgery is desirable not essential.
The role involves 3 main areas: Working directly with our surgeons in the operating theatre, preparing and counselling patients on pre-op and post-op routines for surgery and conducting hi-tech diagnostic testing.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where excellence in patient care is the paramount goal.
This is life changing surgery for most clients, therefore a genuine interest in Clinic nursing and ophthalmic nursing is required.
A basic salary between £35,000 – £37,000.
