Are you a Chemotherapy nurse in the Essex area looking for some flexibility? Pulse Nursing are looking for Chemotherapy nurses to make a real difference to patients in and around Essex.
With a range of shifts available including long days, earlies, lates, nights and twilights, the rates for Chemotherapy nurses in this area vary between £31.00 – £43.24 per hour.
Chemotherapy nurse responsibilities includes:
- To assess patients and monitor condition while on treatment
- In collaboration with the chemotherapy team, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care
- Receiving handovers from staff and being given a caseload of patients.
- Using your skills to give high levels of care, whilst learning new skills.
- Contribute to maintaining the ward environment ensuring it is safe, clean and tidy.
Chemotherapy nurse Role Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a Chemotherapy/Oncology setting
- To meet the compliance requirements of both the NHS and private sector
- Right to work within the UK – proof will be required
