Description

Pulse Nursing is currently recruiting for new Community Nurses seeking a line of work to support our NHS client based in South West London. 

We are currently supporting CLCH NHS Trust based in Wimbledon to work Mon – Fri (9am – 5pm). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to join a multidisciplinary inpatient rehabilitation unit that has excellent patient outcomes. 

We are looking for a forward thinking nurse who is a role model and will be able to inspire and motivate a team. You will also need the experience and clinical skills to lead and support a team alongside the ward Matron

Requirements

  • Recent experience
  • NMC registered
  • Experience of working in a rehabilitation unit or intermediate care setting
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience of working with people with complex needs
  • Experience of evidence-based care
  • Experience of undertaking comprehensive health needs assessment and writing care plans
  • Experience as a ward sister / senior nurse in the acute or community
  • Experience in training and developing junior staff
  • Experience undertaking 1-1s,appraisals and all aspects of staff management
  • Knowledge of DATIX and investigation of incidents
  • Lives within commuting distance of Wimbledon
