Band 7/8a – Psychologist – Inpatient – London

Pulse is seeking a band 7/8a Experienced Psychologist with excellent interpersonal skills to join our fantastic NHS client based in London. This vacancy is available to start as soon as possible, offering part-time hours per week for an ongoing period.  

The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the psychological input to the residents; conducting assessments for new admissions (brief or comprehensive depending upon need) and evidence-based treatment interventions. The successful candidate will have a small caseload of individual clients with whom you can work for short-term or longer-term interventions

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a doctorate in either Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychology
• Be HCPC registered
• Have a proven track record in an adult inpatient environment
• Be analytical and show good attention to detail
