Pulse seeks a determined and experienced Band 7/8a Clinical psychologist to join our client’s Learning Disabilities team within an NHS trust based in London. This position will be available for the appointed Practitioner to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours for a period of 6-9 months.
The successful candidate must have strong skills working with people with intellectual disabilities and neurodevelopmental conditions, trauma histories, and mental health issues. Facilitating consultation, teaching, and training is an integral part of the role. The successful applicant will join a highly valued Psychology service as part of the multidisciplinary team for adults with intellectual disabilities.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be HCPC registered
- Have a proven track record in working with mild to complex learning disabilities
- Be analytical and show good attention to detail
