Are you an empathetic CAMHS Practitioner looking for an exciting new role?
We are now recruiting for a qualified and experienced Band 6 Senior mental health CAMHS Practitioner to join a well-established Private trust based in Bristol on a locum contract. The successful Senior mental health CAMHS Practitioner will help provide an assessment and treatment process for the referred patients in collaboration with professional colleagues and clinical services to enable continuity of care. Carry out urgent care rota duties (liaison and duty). Deliver initial assessment and short-term therapeutic interventions.
The post on offer will be an immediate start for an initial 3-month contract with the view to extending also Permanent role will be negotiable. Full-time candidates are preferred; however, part-time candidates may also be considered for the right person.
Rates: £22.10 per hour
Skills and experience needed:
- Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a CAMHS setting
- Managing a caseload
- Offer clinical treatment work and consultation
- Experience with a wide range of young people’s mental health presentations
- Can work well independently and as part of the team
